What exactly does Adlenz do?+

We analyze every ad in your Meta account using a trained vision + language model, then tell you — in specific, briefable terms — what creative patterns are driving results and what to make next. You get scores, winner/loser patterns, and 3–10 actionable briefs per audit.

How is this different from Meta's built-in reporting?+

Meta tells you which ad performed best. We tell you why — what's in the image, what the hook said, what the structure was. Meta reports on ads; we report on creative patterns. That's the difference between “ad 47 beat ad 32” and “UGC hooks in the first 1.2s with a product close-up drive 2.3× the CTR.”

Do I need a certain number of ads for this to work?+

Individual ad analysis works on any number. Pattern detection needs 15+ ads with 7+ days of spend to be reliable. Below that, you still get scoring and copy/visual analysis, but we won't over-claim the statistical confidence.

Does Adlenz generate ads for me?+

No — and we don't plan to. Generated ads all look the same, and the algorithm penalizes sameness. We brief your team (or agency) with specific instructions: hook structure, visual treatment, length, caption formula. You keep the craft; we hand you the strategy.

Is this just GPT-4 with a prompt?+

No. We use GPT-4 for some copy tasks, but the core scoring model is our own — trained on 2M+ ads with known performance outcomes. LLMs alone are great at describing an ad but terrible at predicting how it'll perform. That's why we built the scoring layer ourselves.

What permissions does Adlenz need on Meta?+

Read-only, always. We request ads_read and ads_management with read scope only. We never pause, edit, create, or duplicate anything in your account. You can revoke access from Meta Business Settings at any moment.

Do you train your models on my data?+

Never. Your creatives, copy, and performance data are yours — we process them to generate your report, and that's it. We do not train, fine-tune, or share. Individual creative embeddings stay scoped to your account.

Where is my data stored?+

AWS us-east-1, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We keep audit data for 90 days by default; you can request deletion any time via Settings or email. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress, expected Q3 2026.

Can I delete my account and data?+

Yes — one click in Settings → Account → Delete. All creative files, embeddings, reports, and billing history are purged within 30 days. We keep only what's required by law (e.g., tax receipts for 7 years).

Do you charge based on ad spend?+

Never. Flat monthly rate, no matter if you spend $5k or $5M. Percentage-of-spend pricing aligns vendors with bloating your spend — the opposite of what a good creative partner should do.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — 14 days on Growth plan, no credit card required to start. You can also run a one-time audit for $49 to see the full output before committing.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, month-to-month, cancel from Settings with one click. No clawback, no exit fee. If you pre-paid annually, we refund unused months prorated.

What about the 30-day money-back guarantee?+

If your first audit or first month doesn't deliver at least one brief worth testing, email us and we'll refund — no forms, no arguments. We've refunded 4 accounts total so far.

Does Adlenz work with TikTok or Google Ads?+

Meta only for now. TikTok is in beta — email us if you want early access. Google Ads is on the roadmap for mid-2026. We're building for Meta first because the creative signal is strongest there.

Can I export the report to my own tools?+

Yes — PDF, CSV, shareable link, and Notion/Figma embed via copy-paste. On Agency plan, we offer API access for programmatic export into your pipeline.

Is there a Slack integration?+

Weekly digest to Slack is shipping in Q2 2026 on Growth and Agency plans. Currently in closed beta with 12 customers.

How long does an audit take?+

5–10 minutes from connection to finished report. Longer if you have thousands of ads (up to ~45 minutes for 5k+). You'll get an email when it's ready; you don't have to keep the tab open.

How often is my analysis refreshed?+

Growth plan: weekly. Agency plan: daily. Single audit: once. New ads are scored within 24 hours of going live, so you can see early signal before committing more budget.

What results should I realistically expect?+

Customer average across 40+ accounts: +34% CTR and -21% CPA within 90 days of shipping 5+ briefed ads. Your mileage will vary by category, spend level, and creative maturity. Highly saturated accounts see the biggest jumps.

What if the briefs don't match my brand voice?+

On first connect, we ingest your brand guidelines (PDF or link). Every brief is constrained by tone, style, and banned terms you specify. You can flag any brief as "off-brand" in the dashboard and the next round adapts.
