Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Adlenz account, running an audit, or accessing a shareable report, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, don’t use the service. If you’re signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Adlenz provides an AI-powered creative intelligence platform for paid media. We analyze your connected ad accounts and return scores, patterns, and briefs. We do not guarantee any specific performance outcome — advertising results depend on countless factors outside our control.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we’ll email you 30 days in advance and offer a prorated refund.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact information current. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (available in Settings → Security).

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the ad accounts you connect. Don’t share your password, and don’t let untrusted parties access your audit reports.

4. Billing & refunds

Single audit: $49 one-time charge. Non-refundable after the report is generated, except under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if no brief is useful, email us for a full refund, no questions asked.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are prorated-refunded on cancellation.

Failed payments: We’ll retry three times over 10 days. If still unpaid, the subscription is paused but data is retained for 30 days before purge.

Taxes: Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST. You are responsible for any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Adlenz to analyze ad accounts you don’t own or aren’t authorized to access
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract training data from our models
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label reports without an Agency plan
• Upload malware, illegal creative, or content that violates Meta’s advertising policies
• Attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund. If you find a security issue, please disclose to security@adlenz.com — we run a coordinated disclosure program and reward good-faith researchers.

6. Intellectual property

Your content (ad creatives, brand inputs, reports generated for you) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service.

Our platform (software, models, documentation, brand) remains ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for the duration of your subscription.

Feedback — if you send us suggestions, we can use them freely without obligation. We appreciate it.

7. Liability & warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant uninterrupted availability, specific performance outcomes from following our briefs, or error-free analysis.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits — in that case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Termination

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account. We can terminate for material breach with 14 days’ notice, or immediately for Section 5 violations. On termination, your data is purged per our retention policy.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes go to binding arbitration in San Francisco County under AAA Commercial Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality matters in court. Class actions are waived.
